Email Marketing via MailChimp
For one of the courses, we had to learn email marketing. I did some research and decided to use MailChimp, as it was a new platform for me. At the beginning, it seemed very complicated but the help of my instructor, I managed to complete it successfully. My knowledge of various technologies and research skills were helpful in this task.

Reflection:
I learned how to use MailChimp for mass email marketing. I was also introduced to the mandatory elements of email marketing, such as the option to unsubscribe from the mailing list. It was a completely new learning for me and I loved it. I would like to try a different platform for email marketing when redoing the assignment.

Cost Calculation on Microsoft Excel
The course of technical communication required us to develop a business plan. I used Microsoft Excel for calculating the costs of setting up a food delivery business. My research and communication skills along with experience of Microsoft Office proved to be of great help in this assignment.

Reflection:
I learned various formulas and shortcuts for complex calculations. I didn’t know that Microsoft Excel would make my work so easy and convenient. I got to know some of the basic formulas and the shortcuts of Microsoft while doing this assignment. I would recommend my fellow mates to get a grip on Microsoft Excel as it is a brilliant tool.
