Essay on Successful Teamwork Strategies
I wrote an essay on the successful strategies of teamwork which help reduce conflicts and produce great results. I addressed some of the common reasons of conflict which are likely to occur when a group works together. I used my personal experience and research skills to complete the task. Since it discusses teamwork, therefore, it represents the competency of teamwork.

Reflection:
This assignment helped my in analyzing my own behavior and attitude when working in teams. I realized that I am unconsciously involved in igniting conflicts due to lack of patience. During this assignment, I learned various ways to dissolve issues without any chaos. It enabled me to look at the weaknesses I have as a team player and taught me about the ways through which I can improve my team performance. However, I will quote my personal experience and incidents if I am doing this task again. I would encourage my fellow students to accept and improve their behaviors related to teamwork conflicts.

Report on the Impact of Emotions on Performance and Attitude
I worked on a report which analyzed the impact of emotions on one’s performance and attitude. In this report, we mentioned different emotions’ impact along with the strategies which may help a person to become an emotionally intelligent. The report was based on secondary data collected from research journals, articles, books, and other reliable sources. It was completed in a group of five, hence, represents the teamwork competency. I was able to finish it successfully using my teamwork and research skills.

Reflection:
I explore my emotional strength during this assignment. Above all, I learned how to manage in a group of people in which each member has its own working style, tantrums, and problems. I feel it has given me an overview of the professional life ahead where everyone is from a different age group, personality, and behaviors. If I have to do this task again, I would rather decide all the tasks beforehand, so nobody argues later on. I recommend others to make groups with people who are no their friends, as it is a great learning experience.

Introduction:

 in this assignment me and my coullege worked on a business proposal to intrduce to the class.in the proposal we come up with the budget for our project. And discuss the details of the progect.Also what kind of challnges up in the markets. 

Reflection 

I learned from this assignment how with other team members. How we depated about the logo color. And how keep challenging ech other on how we present it to the aaduiance. 

Also I learned how to listen to teamte. Finaly I relized that team work can make the dream work
