Essay on Role of Planning in Successful Leadership
I worked on an interesting essay in which I explored the role of planning in successful leadership. A leader motivates and inspires the team to achieve their utmost potential which requires proper planning. I used various examples to make my point clear in this essay. The assignment required proper understanding of leadership principles, therefore, represents the competency of leadership.

Reflection:
I learned how lack of planning and strategic thinking leads to failures and downfalls of leaders. I also studies about various leaders who once led their domains but later failed due to lack of planning and weak short-term and long-term goals. I was surprised to see some global leaders without proper planning. This essay also taught me the strategies need to be adopted while planning for a particular action. When redoing this assignment, I would like to interview a few leaders and managers for first-hand experience and would recommend the same to my fellow students.

Report on Hunger Station as Group Leader
I was the group leading for one of the final projects we did on HungerStation. This was a big project in which we made a short business proposal involving market and industry analysis. It was a challenging task for me as none of the group members were my friends which led to several arguments and disagreements. I managed the responsibility with the help of my interpersonal skills and extrovert nature.

Reflection:
It was a great learning experience for me. I had to resolve fights several times and had to motivate everyone to keep their personal grievances aside. I lost my patience some times but did my best to control them. With time, the team members became friends and accepted each other which proved to be great. I learnt that a bit strictness is needed to keep the team on track because the team members start procrastinating the work if they are given extra freedom and leniency. I would recommend my fellow mates to not be afraid of taking the leadership role as it teaches you a lot of things which you cannot learn as a member.

Role Model for leadership selection 

Introduction:

In this essay I was trying to find the perfect model in life to follow him and write about him. I was looking for specific traits, which hard to found combined in one person. Eventually I end up choosing a person who starts his career from the scratch until he reaches the top of glory. And nowadays he is an example used everywhere in the world and who does not know the APPLE founder. 

Reflection 

His focus to overcome any apostle was remarkable. When the board of company decided to dispose him, he never gives up. But he kept fighting by starting another successful company. When Apple statured loosing and asked to come back and run the company. I’m sure his feeling that day was stratification and self-confidence. Which he proves that he deserves it by his creative leadership style. By reding his story, I was inspired and motived to push more in my life.
